What does TELCS include in a landscape plan?
A master plan should include all elements the client desires in their landscape, and essentially anything that is part of the whole design outside of any structural walls. While a master plan is general in detail, it should identify primary site features, including: swimming pools, hot tubs, arbors, outdoor kitchens, paving & pathways, fencing, retaining walls, fountains, outdoor furnishings, trees, major shrub & planting masses, gazebos, garden studios & destinations.
